Please choose carefully, as refunds or exchanges are not permitted for change of mind on products ordered online.

Faulty or Damaged Items

All wow, that is pretty products are handled with great care. In the occurrence of transit damage or receiving a faulty item, please contact us at info@wowthatispretty.com within 48 hours. We will make every effort to resolve the inconvenience promptly

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  • Email us at info@wowthatispretty.com with your name, invoice number, product name, and reason for return along with your request for replacement.

Costs and Responsibility:

  • All freight costs for returns and exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer’s expense.
